What's the smallest order you'll take?
It depends on the program. Custom Bulk starts at a recommended 25 pieces. On-Demand has no minimum — a single jersey is a valid order. Clubs start at 12 sets.
Do I have to carry inventory?
Only if you want to. Custom Bulk and Dealer-Branded involve a committed quantity. On-Demand and hosted club stores don't require you to buy or hold anything.
Can I see the gear before I order?
Yes. Renders are $20 per image per product, and physical samples are available at 50% off retail. Our standard free proofing process is 2D artwork only.
Can customers or members order & pay on their own?
Yes — through a CNVS-hosted storefront. We collect payment, produce and fulfill. Available for on-demand partners and club programs.
What if I want to change the design after approval?
Changes made before approval are part of the design process. Major changes after approval may require additional design fees, since production is scheduled against the approved artwork.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Approved designs stay on file, and reorders skip the design and approval stages. Send us the original order number and we'll set it up.
